While I’m off basking in the glory of my 7th half marathon you have an opportunity to win a truly ass kicking prize.

Seriously. A full blown Coaching Plan – You choose the distance (from 5k to marathon), they provide the rest.

    I’m actually torn on whether I would do the half marathon training plan to speed up my time significantly or if I would do the full marathon training plan because lets face it.. I’m going to need all the help i can get in that department 😉

    I think i would do the half marathon training plan!! I am so jealous that you got to run the half today! I was all signed up but had to defer because i fractured my tibia! Hopefully i will be able to run the jamestown half in july though!!

    I’d probably go for the half plan – I want to focus on PRing in shorter races after my marathon in 2.5 weeks!
