30 for 60: Final Updates

I hope you guys didn’t forget about the 30 for 60 Challenge through January. I know I’ve still been receiving tweets from a few people.

January is over, so it’s time to compile data.

Here’s a quick recap of what I’m looking for (this is for December AND January):

  • Total miles run and/or walked
  • Total workout hours
  • Types of workouts (running, spinning, lifting weights, etc.) Remember, there’s a prize for most workout variety.
  • Total pounds lost
  • Total days worked out

Last month there was quite a bit of confusion as to what I was looking for from you, as far as your data. You can send me your entire workout log, if you’d like, as long as it has all of your totals on it.

Unfortunately, if your log does not include totals you will be excluded from winning any prizes.  Also, if your log does not include both December AND January, you will be excluded from winning any prizes.
